Dr. Jules Feledy leads Belmont Plastic Surgery as practice lead and is a board-certified plastic surgeon licensed to practice medicine in Maryland, Virginia and Washington, DC. He has more than 21 years of practice, has performed thousands of surgeries, and has more than 15 years of post-graduate training, including unique training in microsurgery and breast reconstruction. He has authored more than 20 professional publications and presentations. His reconstructive work includes breast reconstruction and procedures for melanoma and skin cancer. On the cosmetic side he practices breast augmentation, breast lift, breast reduction, facial surgery and body contouring, and he performs brow lifts. Non-surgically, he performs Botox for men, Dysport, dermal fillers, Juvederm treatments, EMSCULPT and lip fillers, and he treats glabellar lines with both medical and surgical options. He understands the key differences between male and female facial anatomy.
