Dr. Jon Ricks is a board-certified OB/GYN and a Fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists who started his private practice in Frisco in 1996. He is recognized as the first OB/GYN to practice in Frisco. His medical degree is from UT Health San Antonio, granted in 1992, and his residency took place at UT Southwestern Medical Center and Parkland Memorial Hospital. In May 2021 his practice relocated to Medical City Frisco, and he is also affiliated with Baylor Scott & White Medical Center in Frisco and Medical City Plano. His clinical focus includes minimally invasive surgery, vaginal rejuvenation, endometriosis treatment and hormone replacement therapy. Separately, he founded Ciao Bella Medical Spa, where he performs RF and laser procedures and nonsurgical body sculpting. Frisco STYLE magazine featured him as Best Frisco OB/GYN, and D Magazine has included him among its Best Doctors in Collin County starting in 2011.
