Dr. John Layke

Dr. John Layke serves as Medical Director at Glossy Skin Lounge. He holds board certification in plastic surgery from the American Board of Plastic Surgery and is also board-certified by the American Board of Surgery. Facial and body aesthetic work is his main area, and he pays close attention to proportion and balance. He studied medicine at Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. For general surgery training he went to the University of Illinois Metropolitan Group Hospitals in Chicago, where he was Administrative Chief Resident. His plastic and reconstructive surgery training took place at Nassau University Medical Center, through the Long Island Plastic Surgical Group. With Dr. Payman Danielpour he founded Beverly Hills MD. He is one of the co-founders of the Beverly Hills Plastic Surgery Group. He sits on the scientific advisory board for Neodyne and on the advisory board for Skineez. At the business he directs the clinical protocols for injectables and skin treatments.
