Dr. Joanne Jiang

Dr. Joanne Jiang leads UltraSculpt as its founder, chief executive and inventor, and also serves as chairman and chief executive of LeaderMed Group. Her doctoral training is in pharmacology and toxicology, earned at Indiana University's medical school, and she also holds an MBA from the University of Michigan at Dearborn. She began as a scientist at Bayer from 1997 to 1999, then held franchise leadership positions at Sanofi and Daiichi Sankyo. She later co-founded ClinChoice, where she sat on the board and served as chief business officer until January 2015. From January 2015 to June 2019 she was a general partner at Re-INNO Capital, and since June 2019 she has chaired and led LeaderMed as its CEO. She has more than 25 years of work in anti-aging and metabolic research, and she has been UltraSculpt's founder and CEO since 2023.

In her UltraSculpt role she oversees strategic direction, product innovation and long-term growth. She remains involved in treatment development and in partner relationships. She is the inventor of the patented ultrasound technology and the patented skincare formulations the company uses, and she set up the company's approach of bringing research rigor to aesthetic wellness and professional partnerships.
