Dr. Jennifer Berman

Dr. Jennifer Berman is the founder and director of Berman Women's Wellness, which she started as a private practice in Beverly Hills in 2007. She holds an MD from Boston University School of Medicine, received in 1995. She is a urologist and women's wellness physician, and a female urologist and pelvic floor reconstructive surgeon. She is a Pfizer Scholar in Urology.

She finished her urology residency at the University of Maryland in the late 1990s, and her fellowship was at UCLA. In 1998 she co-founded the Female Sexual Medicine Center at UCLA, the first of its kind in the United States. She is the author of For Women Only (2001) and Secrets of the Sexually Satisfied Woman (2005), both New York Times bestsellers. She has been a recurring medical voice on national TV since 2001, including appearances on Oprah, Today, Good Morning America and CNN, and she is co-host of The Doctors medical panel.

She focuses on menopause and sexual health. She works with women whose symptoms were dismissed as normal aging or stress, or whose primary-care labs were reported as normal. She combines pharmacology, regenerative therapies, energy-based devices and diagnostic listening. She performs the initial consultation for every new patient and remains supervising physician for all patients on the panel. She developed The Menopause Biotype and has twenty-five years of listening to women.
