About
Jeffrey M. Feiner is a board-certified plastic and reconstructive surgeon and a diplomate of the American Board of Plastic Surgery, and he is also a fellow of the American College of Surgery. He holds a bachelor's degree magna cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania and a doctorate from the University at Buffalo's Jacobs School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences, where he ranked first in his class. He was elected to Alpha Omega Alpha as a junior. He completed his plastic surgery training at Johns Hopkins, covering every discipline of the specialty. He was one of two fellows picked by the Johns Hopkins Hospital and University of Maryland Integrated Plastic Surgery Residency program in 2005, and he received that program's teaching award. Earlier, he built a specialized reconstructive practice at MD Anderson Cancer Center, now known as UF Health Cancer Center. He opened his own practice in 2018 and has worked in Orlando since 2012. His core work is reconstructive surgery, particularly breast reconstruction, and patients also seek him out for corrective and revision procedures. He has performed more than 900 microsurgical procedures and more than 400 DIEP flap breast reconstructions, and he took part in the first vascularized lymph node transfer operation in Florida. He has published in scientific journals and textbooks and serves as Medical Director of Compassionate Hands and Hearts Breast Cancer Outreach.
