About
Jayesh Panchal owns Genesis Plastic Surgery & Medical Spa in Edmond, which he opened in 2005, and he performs the surgery there. He has practiced as a plastic surgeon since 1997 and is board-certified. He offers facial, breast and body surgery along with non-surgical procedures for men and women, and he has more than 20 years of experience, including over a decade of body surgery for men. From 1997 to 2005 he worked as a pediatric craniofacial surgeon, performing cleft lip and palate surgeries on children and co-directing the Cleft and Craniofacial Team at Children's Hospital of Oklahoma. Between 2003 and 2005 he was on the faculty at the University of Oklahoma Health Science Center, where he led its plastic surgery division.
He served as the plastic surgeon on the Extreme Makeover program on Oklahoma's Channel 5 from 2004 to 2006. Each year he travels to underserved countries to perform surgery with Operation Smile. He has presented research in the United States and abroad and has published articles in peer-reviewed journals and textbooks.
He puts more weight on the quality of results than on the number of procedures, and he prefers long-term relationships in which he guides patients through treatment. Many patients have come back for more than ten years. The Oklahoman Magazine named him Best of Best in OKC in 2011, the Aesthetic Awards in Las Vegas gave him its Best Body Enhancement award in 2012, and he has been selected as a Super Doctor.
