Dr. Javier Soto is a founding partner of Sublime Plastic Surgery Group and serves as its Chief Medical Officer. He works as a plastic and reconstructive surgeon and hand surgeon, and performs surgery at both the Cartagena and Miami locations.
He trained as a medical doctor at Pontificia Universidad Javeriana, trained in plastic and reconstructive surgery at Universidad Nacional del Nordeste in Argentina, and trained as a hand surgeon with the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons. He holds a license in Dubai and is a member of the Sociedad Colombiana de Cirugia Plastica (SCCP) and an international member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons.
He is one of the most recognized plastic surgeons in Colombia and Latin America, and has won various national awards and recognitions.
