Dr. Jacqueline

Dr. Jacqueline Cheng works as a facial plastic surgeon at Cheng Plastic Surgery, where she is one of two surgeons. She helped build the practice alongside her brother, Dr. Elbert Cheng. She holds double board certification from the American Board of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery and the American Board of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery. She entered medicine through a combined six-year BA-MD program at the University of Missouri-Kansas City. A residency in otolaryngology-head and neck surgery at the University of Illinois-Chicago came next, followed by advanced fellowship training in facial plastic and reconstructive surgery at Meridian Plastic Surgery Center in Indianapolis. She returned to the Bay Area after the fellowship. Her practice centers on face and neck rejuvenation along with cosmetic and facial reconstructive surgery. Allergan has named her an Advanced Trainer and Instructor, a role she has filled for over 15 years, during which she has trained more than 500 doctors and providers in California. She teaches other physicians, has published articles and chapters on facial plastic surgery, and has presented that work at national meetings. Patients and staff say her care extends beyond surgery. She says the ongoing relationships with patients are what she values most.
