Dr. Isaac Starker

Isaac Starker is a board-certified plastic surgeon who practices at The Peer Group in New Jersey. He has more than 35 years of experience and more than 20,000 procedures performed. He received his medical degree from NYU School of Medicine and trained in plastic surgery at Montefiore Medical Center, Albert Einstein College of Medicine. He is certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and has training in lasers, endoscopic surgery, ultrasound and reconstructive techniques. He performs cosmetic and reconstructive work on the face, breast and body. On the face he does facelifts, neck lifts, brow lifts, eyelid surgery and rhinoplasty. For the breast he offers augmentation and lift, and for the body he performs liposuction, tummy tucks and body lifts for patients after weight loss. He was president of the New Jersey Society of Plastic Surgeons in 2005, president of the medical staff at Morristown Memorial Hospital from 2008 to 2009, and sat on the Board of Trustees of Atlantic Health System from 2008 to 2010. He is currently vice chairman of the Department of Surgery at Morristown Medical Center, where he has led the Plastic Surgery Section, most recently in 2014 and 2015. He is listed among Castle Connolly Top Doctors for Women's Health (2024) and Top Doctors, Morris & Essex Magazine (2025). He was named one of America's Best Plastic Surgeons for 2024 by Newsweek.
