Dr. Ikram Kureshi

Dr. Ikram Kureshi is a general surgeon and the medspa physician at Kureshi Weight Loss & Medspa in McKinney, Texas, where he performs facial treatments, injectables and body procedures. He trained at Harvard, holds an MD, and is a licensed medical doctor who administers Botox at the clinic. He has practiced as a general surgeon for more than 15 years in the Dallas-Fort Worth area and has performed thousands of surgeries and cosmetic procedures over roughly that span.

His injectable work centers on Botox and dermal fillers. He uses Jeuveau for frown lines, forehead lines and crow's feet, and Belotero for volume, fine lines and facial contours. He also offers Versa for restoring volume and smoothing wrinkles, and Kybella for reducing the appearance of a double chin. Beyond injectables, he provides PRF treatments, PDO threads, and facial treatments including acne and anti-aging facials.

He performs liposuction, including laser-assisted techniques, and designs back fat removal plans after evaluating each patient's body. He also builds personalized vitamin injection plans around each client's health goals, and he handles Botox and filler consultations, where a treatment plan is created for each client.
