Dr. Hyun Joon Lee, MD

Dr. Hyun Joon Lee, MD, founded SeeBeyond Medicine. She has practiced since 2006 and has personally guided more than 20,000 patients toward wellness through testing and root-cause care. She also serves as an Assistant Professor at Albert Einstein College of Medicine. Her medical degree is from Yonsei University College of Medicine, completed in 1999. She then finished a family medicine residency and a Faculty Development Fellowship at Albert Einstein College of Medicine in 2005, and earned a Master's degree from Teachers College, Columbia University in 2006. She is board certified in family medicine, integrative holistic medicine and obesity medicine, and holds additional certifications in functional medicine, integrative oncology, advanced IV therapy, stem cell therapy and Lyme treatment. She prefers to run testing before making decisions rather than guessing. Her memberships include the American Academy of Family Physicians and the Institute of Functional Medicine, and she is licensed to practice in New York, Connecticut and New Jersey.
