Dr. Heather Pendell

Dr. Heather Pendell is a board-certified naturopathic doctor practicing in Oregon and Washington, splitting her time between the Newberg and Lake Oswego locations. She received her doctorate from the National University of Naturopathic Medicine in 2014. Her clinical years centered on cardiovascular and pulmonary medicine and women's medicine. She later worked for close to four years at a hormone clinic providing hormone replacement therapy to men and women. In primary care she explored regenerative options such as neural therapy, prolotherapy, ozone therapy and PRP. She completed a year-long mentorship under Dr. Tyna Moore in musculoskeletal diagnosis and injection technique for prolotherapy and PRP. According to the team page, she has roughly four years of hormone optimization training beyond residency, and the page calls her one of the most extensively trained hormone specialists in the region. At Radiance Natural Medicine, her practice covers hormone evaluation and treatment, regenerative joint therapies and holistic wellness optimization. In 2024 she brought Emsculpt NEO, Emsella and Emface to the clinic. She holds that optimizing hormones alongside a healthy diet and exercise supports healing and disease prevention, and that movement is central to healthy aging. She also believes hormones influence the immune system, bones and joints, heart, brain function and gut function.
