Dr. Harold Kaplan

Harold Kaplan co-founded Celibre Medical Corporation in 2004 and acts as its supervising physician. In that post he directs the clinical work of the practice, which includes the nurses, nurse practitioners and physician assistants who see patients. He is a double board-certified facial plastic surgeon. His credentials are MD, FACS and ABFPRS. He is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin and the Stritch School of Medicine at Loyola University. Afterward he completed five years of postgraduate training at UCLA. He has held a California medical license since 1972 and has 45 years in facial plastic surgery and cosmetic lasers, with laser treatments part of his practice since the early 1990s. Previously he ran a private facial plastic surgery practice in Torrance. At UCLA he was a clinical associate professor of surgery, teaching facial plastic surgery to residents, and he led the Facial Plastic Surgery program at UCLA-Harbor General Hospital. His current focus includes facial plastic surgery, Botox, dermal fillers and laser treatments.
