Dr. Hank Eros

Hank Eros leads Luxmode Aesthetics & Wellness as founder, chief executive and medical director. He earned a Doctor of Nursing Practice from the University of Maryland, Baltimore, graduating with honors, and holds two board certifications as a family nurse practitioner, one from the AANP and one from the ANCC.

With more than eight years of clinical work across dermatology, emergency medicine, aesthetic medicine and family medicine, he has formal training in dermatology, aesthetic medicine, emergency medicine and regenerative therapies. He completed the Executive Healthcare Management Program at Harvard Business School and keeps studying non-surgical aesthetic technologies and skin science. His memberships include the Dermatology Nurses' Association, the International Society of Plastic and Aesthetic Nurses and the American Academy of Aesthetic Medicine and Surgery. Baltimore Magazine has honored him for healthcare excellence.

His practice concentrates on facial harmonization, regenerative skin treatments and medical weight loss programs. Injectables, IV therapy and clinical-grade cosmeceuticals are among his specialties. His approach to care is holistic.
