Dr Hani Rayess

Dr Rayess is a facial plastic surgeon at Rejuvenate the Face in Tampa, where he holds double board certification. He is board certified in facial plastic surgery and also board certified as a head and neck surgeon. He completed medical education at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland after graduating summa cum laude from the University of California, Irvine. He then trained in otolaryngology and head and neck surgery at Wayne State University in Detroit, a residency with about five years of surgical training centered on the head and neck. He followed it with a fellowship in facial reconstructive and cosmetic surgery under Dr Langsdon at the University of Tennessee in Memphis, where he handled trauma and facial reconstruction at one of the country's busiest trauma centers. He has six years of total training in head and neck surgery. He practices only facial cosmetic and reconstructive surgery, working on both the face and the neck, and he concentrates on the aging face. Procedures he performs at the practice include facelifts, rhinoplasties, eyelid surgeries and browlifts. He also offers lip filler, which takes about 30 to 45 minutes, and places neurotoxin and filler with care for marionette lines. He is an expert in neuromodulator injections, and he treats wrinkles mainly in the forehead, between the eyes and around them. He has published and lectured on complications of filler and facial implants and on the effects of social media. His published research covers rhinoplasty, neck lifts, rhytidectomy and facial implant surgery.
