Dr. Gregory Allen

Dr. Gregory Allen is the founder of Tera Fe and a board-certified family medicine physician, certified by the American Board of Family Medicine in 2007. He trained in anti-aging and functional medicine through A4M and began formal hormone optimization training in 2008, having since trained with national leaders in bioidentical hormone replacement. He has practiced bioidentical hormone therapy for nearly two decades and has more than 20 years of clinical experience and more than 10,000 patient visits in Mesa.

His work focuses on hormone optimization, bioidentical hormone replacement, GLP-1 weight management, metabolic health and medical aesthetics. He moved to hormonal health exclusively at Tera Fe in 2025 and personally oversees the hormone protocols, signing each one. He has created more than 1,000 personalized hormone protocols. He also lectures at anti-aging conferences around the country, writes and reviews the physician-written articles on the Tera Fe blog, and curates the medical-grade skincare offered at the practice. He is the author of a book on feeling unwell and hormone health.

He reviews every hormone patient's labs line by line and builds each plan around those labs and the patient's history. When a standard panel is incomplete, he broadens the evaluation. For weight management patients, he reviews response monthly and adjusts doses.
