Dr. Gonzalez

Dr. Gonzalez works as an acupuncturist and clinical herbalist at NRGY Wellness, with over 11 years of experience. She holds California Acupuncture License AC 18473 and a California Massage Therapy Council certification, and uses the credentials DACM and L.Ac. She leads the Community Care series of workshops and offers lifestyle medicine and fertility consultations.

Her practice centers on women's health and fertility. She works with menstrual concerns such as PCOS, endometriosis, amenorrhea and dysmenorrhea, and provides integrative fertility and preconception support. She has been developing and using the NRGY Abdominal Method for over 10 years. The method can be used alongside acupuncture and herbal therapy or on its own, and works best as a series of consecutive appointments timed to the menstrual cycle. She also works in perinatal care, sports injuries, running injuries, sports performance, adolescent health, cosmetic acupuncture and pain management.

Her training includes a Doctor of Acupuncture and a Master of Science in Acupuncture, both with a Chinese Herbal Medicine specialization, from Pacific College of Health & Science. Her background also draws on Traditional Mexican Indigenous Medicine, including herbal practices from Michoacán, Mexico. She aims to get to the root of health concerns and to give patients the tools they need to reach their health goals.
