Dr. Ghafoor

Dr. Ghafoor is the founder and medical director of Restorative Medspa & Hair Transplant Center in Oak Park, where she works as an aesthetic physician. She holds an MD and an MPH and has more than 10 years in medical practice. Earlier work includes primary care and pain management, and her practice now focuses solely on aesthetics. Her training includes a Doctor of Medicine from Saint George's University and a Master of Public Health from Tulane University. She also completed advanced training in Nuclear Medicine at Columbia University and in Molecular Imaging and Therapy at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center. She specializes in hair transplant and aesthetic medicine. She is a renowned and experienced aesthetic physician. She assesses each client's skin before recommending HALO, BBL or another laser treatment, and builds a personalized plan for ProFractional, BBL and other laser work. She performs HALO sessions using motion-tracking technology, gives skin care and sun precautions during recovery, and offers maintenance HALO treatments. She also delivers the injectables offered at the clinic, including Botox, dermal fillers, PDO threads and PRF. Clients come to her for a more youthful look, weight loss or hair regrowth.
