Dr. George Volpe

Dr. George Volpe is a plastic surgeon whose practice centers on cosmetic work on the face and body. He earned his medical degree at McGill University Faculty of Medicine. He then spent seven years after medical school training in surgery and plastic surgery in Massachusetts, and he holds board certification in both fields. Further advanced plastic surgery training took him to Paris, France, and to the University of Melbourne in Australia. He is certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery, is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons, and belongs to the American Society of Plastic Surgeons. He serves as Chief of Plastic Surgery at St. Elizabeth's Medical Center. From 2010 to 2012 he was president of the Massachusetts Society of Plastic Surgeons, and he has held faculty appointments at Tufts University and the University of Massachusetts. He is included in The Guide to Top Surgeons of America. Magazine and Castle Connolly have named him a top plastic surgeon ten times.
