Dr. Flávio

Dr. Flávio leads functional medicine lab testing at Solace Wellness Aesthetics and offers bioidentical hormone therapy for men and women based on lab results. He holds a Doctor of Nursing Practice degree from Chamberlain University in Chicago, which he completed with honors, along with a functional medicine fellowship and a clinical fellowship. He holds the Associate designation from the American College of Cardiology.

His background includes experience at major hospitals across Lee and Collier Counties, including high-acuity hospital medicine. His lab panels cover hormones, metabolic and cardiovascular markers, gut health, inflammation and micronutrients, and he designs individualized protocols from lab analysis, patient history, lifestyle factors and personal goals. He practices functional and integrative medicine, looking for root causes instead of suppressing symptoms.

New patients start with a full health history review, lab analysis and a consultation. The full functional workup includes an extended 90-minute results review, and he accepts new patients for functional medicine lab testing.
