Dr. Faiyaaz A. Kalimullah

Dr. Faiyaaz A. Kalimullah practices as a board-certified dermatologist at the practice, with cosmetic dermatology and facial aesthetics as his focus. He graduated from the University of Chicago with honors in Near Eastern Languages and Civilizations, then earned his medical degree at Rush Medical College.

He trained as an intern in internal medicine at the University of Chicago and completed a dermatology residency at the University of Arizona Medical Center, where he was named chief resident. He then worked as an associate at a cosmetic dermatology practice, building experience in minimally invasive skin rejuvenation. He is a diplomate of the American Board of Dermatology and a Fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology and the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery.

Allergan selected him for its Medical Facial Aesthetics Speakers Bureau, where he trains dermatologists and other providers on Allergan products, including Botox, Juvederm, Voluma and Kybella. He has spoken at conferences ranging from local to national on medical and cosmetic dermatology. He was voted one of Chicago's Top 5 Dermatologists.
