Dr. Fabiola Valenzuela, MD, serves as Medical Director of Reformé Medical Spa and is board-certified in neurology. Her education began with an undergraduate degree from Duke University, followed by medical research at Stanford University. She earned her medical degree at the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley, trained in neurology at UT Southwestern Medical Center, and went on to advanced fellowship training in Neuromuscular Medicine. In aesthetics, she offers Botox, dermal fillers, Radiesse, Sculptra, PRP/PRF and skin rejuvenation. She performs facial balancing consultations. She also uses Botox to treat chronic migraine.
