Dr. F. Lateef, M.D.

Dr. Lateef practices dermatology at Orlando Dermatology Inc, where he sees every patient the practice treats. He is board certified in dermatology and internal medicine, is a Fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology and of the American College of Physicians, and serves as an Assistant Clinical Professor of Dermatology at the Florida State University School of Medicine. He has practiced dermatology in Orlando for more than 25 years. He began his education at Cornell University and Rutgers University, graduating in 1987 with Highest Honors. He then went on to Mount Sinai School of Medicine in New York City, finishing in 1991 with Honors in Internal Medicine and Pulmonology. He completed internal medicine training at Mount Sinai Hospital in 1994, worked for a year in internal medicine at Ridgefield Park Medical Center, and from 1994 to 1998 trained in dermatology at New York Medical College. Since 1998 he has offered skin cancer surgery, cryosurgery and electrosurgery, and he performs surgical excision for skin cancer every day. His practice covers skin, hair and nail disorders in adults, teenagers and children, including acne, rosacea, warts, moles, psoriasis, eczema, cyst and wart removal, hair loss, nail conditions, vitiligo, keloid removal and melasma. He also offers cosmetic treatments such as Xeomin, Botox, Juvederm fillers, PRP hair restoration and Morpheus8, and he draws on 11 years of experience with laser hair removal, dermal fillers, medical-grade products, peels and laser skin resurfacing. He gives each patient individual attention. Orlando Magazine named him one of Orlando's Top Doctors in 2011, 2012, 2014 and 2016, and he received the Top Doctor award again for 2026. That award is given by other physicians, and about 7% of city doctors can receive it. He was also selected for the Who's Who Top Doctors Honors Edition in 2026.
