Dr. F. Lateef

Dr. Lateef practices dermatology at Orlando Dermatology Inc. He has practiced dermatology in Orlando for more than 25 years and has treated thousands of patients. He is board certified in dermatology and internal medicine, is a Fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology and the American College of Physicians, and holds the title of Assistant Clinical Professor of Dermatology at Florida State University School of Medicine.

He graduated from Mount Sinai School of Medicine in New York City in 1991 with honors in internal medicine and pulmonology. He finished internal medicine training at Mount Sinai Hospital in 1994, then trained in dermatology at New York Medical College from 1994 to 1998. He practiced internal medicine for a year at Ridgefield Park Medical Center. His scientific articles have appeared in the Journal of the American Academy of Dermatology and the Archives of Dermatology.

He diagnoses and treats skin, hair and nail conditions in adults, teenagers and children, among them acne, rosacea, warts, moles, psoriasis, eczema, cysts, hair loss, nail disease, vitiligo, keloids and melasma. Skin cancer screening and surgical removal are part of his work, and he has performed skin cancer surgery, cryosurgery and electrosurgery since 1998.

Cosmetic services include Xeomin, Botox, Juvederm fillers, PRP hair restoration and Morpheus8. Eleven years of experience sit behind this side of the practice, spanning lasers for hair removal, injectable fillers, professional skincare products, chemical peels and laser resurfacing.

Orlando Magazine named him a Top Doctor in 2011, 2012, 2014, 2016 and 2026, and he was chosen for the Who's Who Top Doctors Honors Edition in 2026. He speaks Spanish fluently.
