Dr. Elliot Heller, MD

Dr. Elliot Heller, MD, founded Allure Plastic Surgery, where he is owner, lead surgeon and medical director. He has practiced in New York since 2008, with more than 20 years of surgical experience and well over 10,000 procedures across the face, breast and body. He oversees both surgical and non-surgical care. The practice has offices in Manhattan, Staten Island and Edison, New Jersey. He trained in head and neck surgery at NYU Medical Center and in plastic surgery at Mount Sinai Medical Center. Rhinoplasty, breast, body and facial procedures make up much of his caseload, and he is especially known for male enhancement, with more than 2,000 such procedures performed. He previously started NY Penis Enlargement, a practice devoted entirely to that field. The practice calls him one of the most experienced male enhancement surgeons in the United States. He also performs liposuction, including laser-assisted SmartLipo, and gynecomastia surgery. He is a founding member of the American Academy of Aesthetic and Restorative Surgery. Patients travel from across New York and New Jersey. After surgery, patients receive his personal cell phone number for recovery questions. At consultation he evaluates whether a patient is a candidate and will suggest a different or smaller procedure when that serves the patient better.
