Dr. Elena Reitman founded GLOW, where she serves as medical director. She is a board-certified physician who trained at an Ivy League school, with a focus on anesthesiology and obstetrics and gynecology. Her eleven years in the operating room were spent at a large academic hospital.
Her advanced education centered on minimally invasive aesthetic medicine, and she has thousands of hours performing aesthetic procedures. Her practice covers neuromodulator and filler injections, PRP, laser skin work, RF microneedling, PDO thread lifts and body contouring. She plans each filler treatment around the patient's bone structure and skin quality, choosing product for the depth, texture and movement of the target area. Botox doses are tailored to muscle strength and the patient's preference, laser settings are matched to skin type and concerns, and Secret RF needle depth and intensity are set individually for each patient. For PRP hair treatment, she documents progress with standardized photos at every visit. Before recommending a medical weight loss program, she reviews lab results, diet history, activity level and goals.
