Dr. El-Attar

Dr. El-Attar founded Derma Laser Center in 2002, after more than a decade working in surgical oncology. He performs the clinic's liposuction procedures, including Lipo 360, and also does fat grafting. He specializes in laser-assisted liposuction and body contouring. He is President of the American Aesthetic Association and Program Director of the American Board of Aesthetic Medicine, and he is on the faculty of the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery, AAAM and CAAM. He gives keynote talks at international conferences and mentors surgeons in the U.S., including in New York and New Jersey. He has trained physicians in over 55 countries, as well as across the U.S. and Canada. He received a Best Regenerative Physician Award from Stemcell Xpress and an Outstanding Teacher Award from the World Congress of Aesthetic Medicine. He has been performing blepharoplasty since 2002, and he has completed more than 1,000 of these procedures. His focus is upper and lower blepharoplasty and double eyelid surgery, using laser-assisted eyelid techniques. He developed the TOPAL technique, which he published in 2009 and which is used exclusively at the clinic. He has performed over 27,000 liposuction procedures. He also uses Botox for facial refinement, TMJ pain, hyperhidrosis and migraine frequency.
