Dr. Edward A. Alvarez

Dr. Edward A. Alvarez founded Madison Avenue Face & Body, where he serves as Founder and Chief Executive Officer. He also founded Restimulate Health, Inc., and holds the same two titles there. He has practiced in New York City since 1998 and in medical aesthetics since 2007. He received his dental degree (DDS) from New York University, then completed advanced medical education and clinical training at institutions including Albert Einstein College of Medicine and Harvard Medical School, followed by postgraduate training in medical acupuncture through physician education programs at Harvard Medical School.

He is board certified by the American Academy of Aesthetic Medicine and a physician member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery. He is a certified acupuncturist (C.Ac.) and a fellow of the World Clinical Laser Institute, and he holds advanced certification across Alexandrite, Nd:YAG and Q-switched laser platforms. He is faculty for the American Academy of Aesthetic Medicine, teaching certification programs, and serves as a Key Opinion Leader for Cutera with a focus on physician education. He lectures nationally and internationally on medical aesthetics, laser technologies and clinical protocol development. His work spans medical aesthetics, laser technologies and advanced neuromuscular activation protocols.
