As Chief Medical Director, he supervises clinical care in laser hair removal, skin resurfacing, tattoo removal and skin rejuvenation. He joined the practice as a regional medical director in 2012 and became Chief Medical Director in 2015.
He has practiced medicine since 1999. After completing an emergency medicine residency in 2003, he joined an emergency physician group in San Diego, then spent about nine years working in emergency departments at underserved community hospitals before joining South Coast MedSpa in 2012.
He is board certified in emergency medicine. Beyond that, he keeps current through vendor courses, continuing medical education and journals on cosmetic lasers.
