Dr. Dominick Gadaleta

Dr. Dominick Gadaleta is a facial plastic surgeon who is board-certified twice over and co-founded OG Aesthetics in 2022 with Dr. Timothy Ortlip. He holds board certification from the American Academy of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery and the American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, and he is an active member of the latter. Following his training, he relocated to the San Francisco Bay Area to open a practice.

He trained first at Boston University's medical school, then spent five years in high-volume surgical training focused on the face and neck at Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia. He was the only Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery fellow at New York University, one of fewer than 50 such positions nationwide. That fellowship covered surgical and non-surgical facial rejuvenation, rhinoplasty and hair restoration.

His practice concentrates on facial plastic surgery, with a particular focus on rhinoplasty and facelift procedures.
