Dr. Dmitriy Schwarzburg

Dr. Dmitriy Schwarzburg founded Skinly Aesthetics and is a physician (MD) who carries out all of the medical procedures at the med spa. He is board-certified, with certification in cosmetic laser surgery from the American Board of Laser Surgery and in diagnostic and interventional radiology from the American Board of Radiology. He is also a fellow of the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery, the American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery, and the American Academy of Aesthetic Medicine. Schwarzburg earned a bachelor's degree in molecular biology from the University of Texas at Dallas, graduating magna cum laude with high honors. He then did medical school at McGovern Medical School in Houston, and during that time he worked on a cancer research team at MD Anderson Cancer Center. Back in New York, he trained in surgery at North Shore LIJ Hospital and completed a residency at New York Presbyterian Hospital and Columbia University College of Surgeons and Physicians, an Ivy League program. Outside the clinic, he hosts advanced injection training, attends seminars and conferences internationally, and teaches Botox at aesthetic conferences while training other doctors. His work centers on injectables and minimally invasive aesthetics, including fillers, fine line reduction, facial volume restoration and body contouring. Botox is the core of the site's Botox pages, and he personally performs every Botox injection at the clinic. Lip work is a known strength, including Russian lip filler and filler dissolving. He assesses lips from the front and in profile, at rest and in motion, before deciding on product, amount, placement and technique for each patient. He directs CoolSculpting, medically guided weight loss programs using semaglutide and tirzepatide, and wellness services such as NAD+ therapy, BHRT and IV therapy, and he leads the medical and cosmetic treatments at the clinic. He has more than 10 years of injectable experience, has performed thousands of injections, and holds patented injection techniques. Tens of thousands of procedures have been performed under his direction. He is one of the top 1% of cosmetic injectors in the U.S. and a leading authority in minimally invasive cosmetic and laser medicine in New York City. His expert opinion has been sought by Forbes, Haute Living and Guest of a Guest, and he has been featured in Forbes, Glamour, Harper's Bazaar and Haute Living.
