Dr. Dinar Sajan

Dinar Sajan, M.D., founded Health & Psychiatry and serves as Chief Medical Officer of Health & Medspa, where medical operations fall under her oversight. That role covers clinical standards, provider training systems and patient experience design. Her specialty is adult psychiatry, and she brings more than 20 years of experience across adult and integrative psychiatry. Her training was at Northwestern Memorial Hospital in Chicago, where she completed an adult psychiatry residency and, in 2024, a Fellowship in Integrative Psychiatry. Her approach is centered on relationships, individualized plans and evidence-based medicine. She received the Top Psychiatrist in Clearwater Award, is listed in Marquis Who's Who and holds a Publications Board Honoree designation. She is a member of the American Psychiatric Association and has appeared on CBS Tampa's Great Day Live, NBC Tampa and ABC Tampa Action News to discuss mental health.
