Dr. Dharmeshkumar Patel is the President, CEO and founder of Georgia Family Care, LLC. He holds M.D. and F.A.A.F.P. credentials, completed a Family Medicine residency at the University of Alabama at Birmingham in 2001, and is Board Certified in Family Medicine. He practiced in Alabama before moving to Georgia in 2005 to establish the practice. He has served primary care patients in DeKalb and Gwinnett Counties for nearly 30 years.
