About
Desiree Wood founded Seattle Beauty almost ten years ago and is its Founder and Medical Director. Before that, she worked close to two decades as an intensive care nurse at UW Medicine and the Seattle VA. Her credentials are DNP, ARNP, AGPCNP-BC and CCRN. She oversees the practice's injectable and aesthetic medicine services, which include neurotoxin, hyperdilute Radiesse and PRP, and her approach includes holistic, science-based wellness. Dr. Wood also trains injectors in the greater Seattle area and acts as a preceptor for the UW DNP program. In the medically guided wellness program, she sets GLP-1 dosing and tracks how patients respond in the weight loss program.
