Dr. Deborah Wilson

Dr. Deborah Wilson founded Deborah Wilson MD and Associates, a gynecology practice in Scottsdale, and works there as a gynecologist. She earned her medical degree at George Washington University Medical School, then completed five years of specialty training split between Fairfax Hospital in Virginia and St. Joseph's Hospital in Phoenix. She is certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology, renews that certification every year, and regularly completes continuing medical education.

Her practice centers on minimally invasive gynecologic surgery. She has performed nearly 12,000 laparoscopic hysterectomies with her surgical assistant over the past 12 years, and for six years she taught a national course on the procedure with Olympus America. She has also taken part in medical missions to Nicaragua and Honduras, where she performed laparoscopic surgery and taught it to surgeons in Honduras. Locally, she has served as Secretary-Treasurer of Scottsdale Healthcare Shea Medical Center and twice as Chairperson of its Obstetrics and Gynecology Committee.
