Dr. David Eisner

Dr. David Eisner is the Aesthetic Specialist and Injector at Azure Med Spa Boca, where he has worked since 2020. He began his career as a maxillofacial reconstructive surgeon in 1978 and practiced in that field until 2005, in private practice and through hospital affiliations. He maintained surgical privileges at South Florida medical centers during that time, and he began offering aesthetic injections and threading in 2005.

He holds a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree and completed a residency in oral and maxillofacial surgery. His specialties include maxillofacial reconstruction, including facial trauma and structural reconstruction, as well as neurotoxin injections, dermal fillers and PDO threading. He also focuses on advanced threading for non-surgical facial lifting.
