Dr. David A. Cruz

Dr. David A. Cruz is a naturopathic doctor on the Sculpt MD team. He moved to California in 2023 after practicing in Puerto Rico, where he worked in pain management, botanical medicine and acupuncture. There he also served as academic coordinator and professor in the Naturopathic Medicine program at UAGM College, teaching botanical medicine, sports medicine and orthopedics, physical therapy, and anatomy and physiology, and overseeing student clinical rotations. At Sculpt MD his focus is weight management, hormone replacement therapy and regenerative medicine. He offers every form of hormone replacement, including subcutaneous pellet therapy and hormone injections, has experience with GLP-1 medications, and guides patients through a medically supervised weight loss program. He also provides medical consultations for body sculpting and medical weight loss. His training covers advanced joint injection techniques from Empire Medical and regenerative aesthetic techniques using PRF biofillers, Sculptra and Radiesse. He received advanced hormone replacement training with direct mentorship from Dr. Robinson, and additional training with Dr. Robinson in longevity medicine, including advanced biomarker analysis and peptide therapy.
