Dr. Darsh Gosal, DO

Dr. Darsh Gosal, DO, holds the Medical Director role at Aesthetic Envy and is board-certified in family medicine. Her training includes a medical degree from Touro University College of Osteopathic Medicine, in Vallejo, California. She has more than ten years of clinical practice across aesthetic, wellness and regenerative medicine. Much of her practice is aesthetic and regenerative. Her specialties include neuromodulator facial rejuvenation, dermal fillers, laser resurfacing and energy-based skin treatments. She also handles hormone optimization, including individualized hormone replacement protocols, along with metabolic and weight management and IV nutrient therapy. Beyond facial treatments, she offers PRP for joint and musculoskeletal pain, pelvic health treatments, and O-Shot and P-Shot intimate wellness procedures. Her plans are tailored to each patient and combine longevity science with non-surgical options.
