Dr. Daniel Pedersen is the founder and medical director of Pedersen Medicine. He is a board-certified family medicine physician with the American Board of Family Medicine, and he earned an MD with a focus on internal medicine and patient-centered care before completing a family medicine residency.
He practiced for years within a large medical group before stepping away from employed medicine in 2026 to open Pedersen Medicine on Main Street in Dunedin. His advanced aesthetic medicine training covered injectables, energy-based devices and regenerative protocols, and he has completed Plexr Plasma certification as well as certification in GLP-1 and peptide protocols.
His clinical work centers on injectables, Plexr Plasma treatments, regenerative protocols and GLP-1 and peptide care. He holds the consultations for the practice's specials and conducts the initial consultation and the comprehensive clinical assessment that begins each peptide and GLP-1 protocol.
