Dr. Daniel Francis

Dr. Daniel Francis is Medical Director and founder of South Jersey Aesthetics, a practice he launched in 2019. He completed his studies at Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine, graduating in 1998, and then did a family medicine residency at Christiana Care Health Services. With about 25 years in medicine, his background covers surgery, obstetrics, gastroenterology and emergency medicine. In 2001 he joined Gaines County Hospital District in Seminole, Texas, where his early work centered on comprehensive care for underserved rural communities. He later served as Chief of Staff at Seminole Memorial Hospital and as Medical Director of several facilities. Dr. Francis opened an aesthetic practice at East End Salon in Philadelphia in 2006, after a 2003 course on Botox and dermal fillers and liposuction training in 2007 under Dr. Reynolds in Florida. In 2017 he became Medical Director of Laser Remedy in Philadelphia, where the focus is facial aesthetics. He holds a New Jersey license as a physician and surgeon. He did not train in a plastic surgery residency and does not hold board certification in plastic surgery. For under-eye work, he has used microcannulas in more than a thousand procedures and uses poly-L-lactic acid for under-eye restoration. He also developed a lip injection method using a microcannula. His filler range includes Radiesse, Sculptra, and hyaluronic acid products such as Restylane and Juvéderm. He has found hyaluronic acid fillers superior and usable in every area of the face. Philadelphia Weekly readers voted him Philadelphia's Best Plastic Surgeon in 2009.
