Dr. Daniel Bienstock

Daniel Bienstock is a cosmetic surgeon who leads Bienstock Cosmetic Surgery in Woodmere and holds three board certifications. He holds the MD, FACS and FAACS credentials. His certifications come from the American Board of Cosmetic Surgery, the American Board of Facial Cosmetic Surgery and the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. He is also an attending surgeon at NewYork-Presbyterian / Columbia University Irving Medical Center, where he teaches and mentors medical students and surgical residents.

His education includes a BA from the University of Pennsylvania, an MD from Columbia University and a DMD from Harvard University. A full-body cosmetic surgery fellowship at Cameo Surgery Center, an facility accredited by the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery, gave him experience with hundreds of face, breast and body procedures. His background includes complex head and neck trauma and reconstruction for adult and pediatric patients. At the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery's Annual Scientific Meeting, he received an award for research on localized oxygen injection therapy.

His focus is aesthetic surgery of the face, breast and body, and he performs and oversees the practice's non-surgical treatments. He uses neurotoxins for crow's feet, bunny lines and drooping brows, as well as glabellar lines and forehead creases. For hair restoration, he designs individualized plans that can combine oral supplements, topical creams or surgery. Patients' goals guide his approach, and he walks through each procedure step by step. For tummy tucks, he selects the technique only after reviewing goals, medical history and anatomy.
