Dr. Cornejo

Dr. Agustín Cornejo, MD, works as a plastic surgeon at ACE Plastic Surgery in Boerne, Texas, performing cosmetic and reconstructive procedures on the face, breast and body. He studied at the Universidad Autónoma de Guadalajara School of Medicine, graduating with high academic distinction, then completed a five-year general surgery residency at the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio and trained in plastic and reconstructive surgery at Duke University Medical Center. He holds board certification from the American Board of Plastic Surgery and is an active member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons. He moved back to San Antonio in 2017. He has performed more than 5,000 cosmetic and reconstructive procedures on the face, breast and body since then, and thousands overall. He is fully bilingual in English and Spanish. Facelifts are a major focus of his work, often combined with a neck lift when the face and neck both show significant laxity. He also performs breast and body-contouring surgery, including Mommy Makeover procedures, tummy tucks, thigh lifts and male chest surgery.
