Dr. Colby James Gerth, DMD

Colby James Gerth, DMD, founded Pearl Aesthetics & Dentistry. He has worked as a dentist in Chicago since 2020, starting in the downtown area before opening the Lincoln Park office in early 2025. He holds a Doctorate in Dental Medicine from Midwestern University and came to it with a bachelor's degree in Biological Sciences, plus coursework minors in Chemistry and Business Administration. His first research paper appeared in the Journal of Morphology in 2017.

His practice centres on cosmetic and aesthetic dentistry. He is certified in dental implants through Hiossen and in Botox and fillers through the American Academy of Facial Esthetics, and he personally administers the Botox and filler treatments at Pearl. He is also an Invisalign provider and designs clear aligner plans using the iTero digital scanner.

He serves Lincoln Park residents and their families, along with patients who make the trip to Chicago for cosmetic treatment.
