Dr. Christopher P. Godek, MD

Christopher P. Godek, MD, is a board-certified plastic surgeon at The Godek Center for Personal Enhancement, a New Jersey practice with offices in Toms River and Wall. He holds MD and FACS credentials and is board-certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery. The practice describes him as a premier plastic surgeon in New Jersey and the United States. His focus is aesthetic enhancement and rejuvenation of the breasts, body and face, and he also performs breast reconstruction.

He earned an undergraduate degree at Syracuse University and a medical degree from Boston University School of Medicine. He then completed a general surgery residency at the University of Pennsylvania, followed by a plastic surgery residency at Children's Hospital of Philadelphia and the University of Pennsylvania, and a research fellowship at Harvard Medical School. His specialties include primary, revision and ethnic rhinoplasty, along with non-surgical liquid rhinoplasty. He also performs blepharoplasty, facelifts, gynecomastia correction, breast reconstruction after mastectomy or lumpectomy, and abdominoplasty.

He co-created the HydraSolve fat reduction system, an FDA-approved surgical technique, and was the first plastic surgeon to offer the HydraSolve treatment. He has published research and academic articles on cosmetic surgery techniques and technology, has received several research grants, and lectures nationally. He is an officer of the Northeastern Society of Plastic Surgeons and a former president of the New Jersey Society of Plastic Surgeons, where he served on the board in every position. His affiliations include The Aesthetic Society, the American Medical Association, the American College of Surgeons, the New Jersey State Medical Society, and the American Society of Plastic Surgeons.
