Dr. Christopher B. Kruse

Dr. Christopher B. Kruse is a dermatologist and Mohs surgeon, serving as head surgeon at The Medical Group of NJ - Navesink Dermatology. Board-certified in dermatology and in Mohs surgery, he is also a fellow of the American College of Mohs Micrographic Surgery and the American Academy of Dermatology. He has been practicing dermatology for more than 25 years. He trained at NYU School of Medicine, where he was inducted into Alpha Omega Alpha, then completed an internal medicine internship at Yale-New Haven Hospital. A dermatology residency at the State University of New York Health Sciences Center at Brooklyn followed, where he served as chief resident in his final year, and then a post-doctoral Mohs micrographic and reconstructive surgery fellowship approved by the American College of Mohs Surgery. Earlier he spent three years in general dermatology in New York and New Jersey before moving into Mohs. He taught dermatologic surgery for many years at the VA New York Harbor Healthcare System in Brooklyn. The practice describes him as one of the most sought-after Mohs surgeons in New Jersey.
