Dr. Christina E. Kim

Dr. Christina E. Kim owns BU Wellness & Med Spa in Hinsdale, Illinois, which she founded and where she is medical director. Board-certified in anesthesiology, she has practiced hands-on patient care for more than 25 years. After completing her anesthesia residency at Loyola University Medical Center in Maywood, Illinois, she spent 15 years as chair of anesthesiology at Saints Mary and Elizabeth Medical Center in Chicago. Her aesthetic practice focuses on facial injectables, namely dermal fillers and neurotoxins such as Botox, Xeomin and Dysport, plus PRP for skin rejuvenation, including the tear trough. Treatment plans are tailored to the effects of aging. She prioritizes research and continuing education in aesthetic medicine. She also holds certification from the American Academy of Procedural Medicine in Aesthetics, the International Association for Physicians in Aesthetic Medicine for Weight Management, and the American Osteopathic Association of Prolotherapy and Regenerative Medicine.
