Dr. Charles Wallace, MD, FACS

Dr. Charles Wallace, MD, FACS, serves as medical director at MEDSPA 33. He is board certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. He earned a magna cum laude degree from the University of Texas at Austin and then attended the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School in Dallas. Surgical training followed: a general surgery internship at the University of Hawaii in Honolulu, then a general surgery residency at Baylor University Medical Center in Dallas. A further year in hand and microsurgery came through the Lankford, Zehr, Dibella Group at Baylor. In Houston, he completed plastic and reconstructive surgery training at St. Joseph's and M.D. Anderson Hospitals, working under the Cronin, Brauer, Biggs Clinic. For eight years he served in the United States Navy Reserve, working at Navy medical hospitals such as Walter Reed, Portsmouth and, most recently, San Diego. He has practiced privately for 30 years and runs an in-office surgery center. His hospital affiliations include Baylor Scott and White Medical Center - Trophy Club and Medical City Plano. He teaches, writes articles on plastic surgery and speaks to both medical and general audiences, with a focus on innovative laser and endoscopic cosmetic procedures.
