Dr. Carmen Popa founded Premier Laser Care and is board certified in internal medicine. She founded MedCare Center in Parma Heights, Ohio in 2003 and began Premier Laser Care while still practicing internal medicine there.
Her training began at Grigore T. Popa University of Medicine in Iasi, Romania. After graduating she trained in ENT from 1995 through 1998, then completed residency requirements at Prince George Hospital in Maryland and an internship at Huron Hospital in East Cleveland, Ohio.
