Dr. Brian J. Parker is the medical director and founder of LV Plastic Surgery and Med Spa, and works as a cosmetic surgeon at the practice. He earned an undergraduate degree in business at Brigham Young University and a medical degree at Chicago Medical School. He was selected to train at UCLA, where he completed an internship and residency in general surgery, and he trained at the University of Wisconsin in cosmetic and reconstructive plastic surgery.
